As owner of Innovate Services, Teresa brings her extensive communications, marketing, and business administration skills to the table to help small businesses achieve greater client relationship management practices and improve their marketability. Through her extensive educational background (a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration concentrated in Marketing), as well as professional experience in client services, market research, and writing, Teresa has developed valuable marketing and business administration skill sets. Prior to establishing Innovate Services, she held marketing and contact center leadership roles.
As an active member of the International Virtual Assistants Association™ (IVAA) and the Delaware Valley Virtual Assistants Association (DVVAA), Teresa adheres to their ethical standards. Her goal is to effectively and ethically help each client grow their business (whether it is through helping them develop and maintain a blog, ghostwriting, or developing and maintaining their marketing communications calendars).
